PREMIERE: ROCKSTAR BO LA PREACHES HIS DAILY AFFIRMATION ON NEW SINGLE ‘TODAY’

Among Melbourne’s endless flood of talent, Sudanese-Australian artist Rockstar BO LA shares his first single since 2018 titled ‘Today’.

Produced by Leveatz and mixed by Stu Watts, the trap single combines Rockstar’s charisma and infectious flows as he delivers a motivating ode to community and his own personal growth. ‘Today’ acts as a daily affirmation about striving to better yourself and uplift the people around you.

“My biggest inspiration for ‘Today’ is Bob Marley and Bruce Lee. Bob Marley’s ‘love and unity’ mindset and Bruce Lee flowing through life like water in the creek – fluidity mindset. These concepts combined with the daily practice of your deepest desires makes any day a doorway for a discovery of a greater you.”

His previous single ‘Power’ was released in 2018 with his last appearance being on New Wave Infinity‘s 2020 project titled All Corners. Directed by Alain Pottier, the ‘Today’ music video was filmed by Jeff Valledor who captures Rockstar’s return as he performs the track throughout Marshall Street Studios.
