PREMIERE: JAYMIE DEVILLE – LABELS

Jaymie Deville is a name you may not yet be familiar with across Melbourne’s R&B scene but one that you’re about to be. After a stint on X-Factor a few years ago which mesmerised none other than Jennifer Lopez, the vocalist / producer has been hard at work crafting out a unique sound and aesthetic for himself.

Mixing elements of pop with dark, moody R&B, Deville utilises his incredible vocal range to explore tales of love and heartbreak on his debut EP “True Love” arrives on all platforms tomorrow.

We’ve got the first listen to the lead single off the EP  – a perfect capture of the project in one track – Labels sees Jaymie showing off his falsetto abilities with intricate melodies. Somewhere between Zayn Malik and Bryson Tiller is where this one sits and it’s sure to be the start, or re-start, of a promising career.
